Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

📦 Conditions:

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

• Tags and labels must be intact.

• Sale/discounted items may not be eligible for return.*

🚚 How to Request:
Simply contact our support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

💸 Refunds:
Refunds are issued as store credit or to the original payment method (as per your choice) once the returned item is received and inspected.
